Thank you for the photo and there is actually only one base plate kit that will work on your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the Steel Bumper Package, and that is the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519339 because it will mount underneath your bumper.

There are a number of other parts you need to flat tow your '19 Wrangler Unlimited though since you mentioned Blue Ox it is possible you have one of their tow bars already. If you do you can use it with these base plates (though not the Ambassador) with the Adapter for Blue Ox Tow Bars to Demco Tabless Base Plates # DM9523127. If not, there are other tow bars and parts needed you can use, which I'll list for you:

The Excali-Bar II tow bar uses long arms for greater maneuverability when flat towing and they also have integrated safety cables along with an adjustable, tilting head so will not need to use a high-low adapter like you would with the use of other tow bars. This will save you from additional expenses because you will not have to buy the safety chains and adapter.

The wiring kit is designed in order to prevent electrical feedback to keep your Jeep's electrical system safe.
