Parts Needed to Add Power to Trailer

Question:

I am converting a cargo trailer to a camper. I have experience with electricity, but I do not know what parts I need to do the job. I am starting from scratch , from the shore power inlet connection to the 12 converter. Are there any instructions along with suggested parts needed to complete the job? Thanks

To add power to your converted camper you will need a power inlet and a power converter with an AC/DC panel.

For these you can use the Epicord 30 Amp Twist Lock Power Inlet # 277-000137 along with the Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Inteli-Power Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Panel # PD4045KA.

You will need to add Romex wire from a local hardware store and run it from the inlet to the panel and the accessories you plan to put in your camper. I have added the instructions of the Progressive Dynamics Converter for you which is going to specify the process of installation.
