Can Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel Draw Power from AC and DC Power Source

I am new to the RV world and need help understanding the capability of your products. I need to know if its normal to run both A.C. and D.C. appliances from the PD4045KA at the same time while on 1 shore power and 2 when I only have leisure batteries available as power Thanks,
