The best E-bike rack for your 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe is the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 because of how well it secures the bikes, how easy it can attach to the typically unusual frame styles of E-bikes, and because it's much easier to load due to the included ramp.
You'll want a trailer hitch installed on your Santa Fe first. For that the hitch I recommend is the Draw Tite part # 75776 which has plenty of towing capacity and won't require a stabilizer strap like the Curt hitches typically do.
