I may very well have the correct replacement tarp for the TruXedo Tonneau Cover on your 1996 Ford F-250 with the 8' bed but we generally do not carry used items for sale. If you are okay to purchase new then in order to make sure we get you the correct replacement I would need to know exactly which model you have as TruXedo offers several for your F-250.

For example, if you have the TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover part # TX238601 then the correct replacement tarp for you is the Replacement Tarp for TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX2386-CVR but if you have the TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX538601 then the correct replacement tarp for you is the Replacement Cover for TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft, Roll-up Tonneau Cover part # TX5386-CVR.

If you look closely at the cover, you will see that the TruXport logo is on the end of the cover at the tailgate whereas the Lo Pro QT logo is on the driver side towards the end of the cover at the tailgate. The other option you have to identify the cover is to look for a date code or serial number (see photo) as it could be a TruXedo Original Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover as well.
