The online owner's manual for the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude indicates on pages 384 through 391 the versions that can be safely flat towed with all wheels on the ground as well as the specific procedure to make them ready for this process.

Only 4x4 versions with the 2-speed power transfer unit can be flat towed. Front wheel drive (FWD) models cannot be flat towed nor can models with the 1-speed power transfer unit. I recommend checking your printed manual or speaking with the dealership to confirm what your specific vehicle can and cannot do. Damage can result if a non-towable vehicle is flat towed.

The items needed to flat tow this vehicle (assuming it can towed) include base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit, a braking system and a high/low hitch adapter.

For your 2019 Jeep Cherokee you'll need to first start with a base plate kit. For that you'd want the part # RM-521452-4. This fits the Latitude model you have. Next you'll need a tow bar which for that the Roadmaster Sterling part # RM-576 is the best option.

For a lighting solution the # RM-152 is a great way to go. This system wires into your vehicle taillights so that the tow vehicle can operate them.

For a braking system the SMI DUO part # SM99251 is the way to go. This system is our installers favorite because of how easy it is to install and how well it works. You'll need a stoplight switch too so that the system knows when you are applying the brakes. For that you'd need the # RM-751471. To keep the battery topped off when towing the charge line kit part # RM-156-25 would be what you need.

Most likely you will also need a high low adapter so that the tow bar will be level when you are flat towing. I attached a link to a page that has all of the ones we carry.
