Have a Cougar by Keystone, 2007, 244EFS 5th wheel that am needing a 2inch receiver hitch for. What do you recommend ? Thank you

For 5th wheel hitches like your 2007 Keystone Cougar 244EFS I really like the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703. This particular hitch is designed specifically for trailer applications and its adjustable brackets allow it to fit frame widths of 22 to 77 inches. As long as you have a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame at the rear of the trailer this will work perfectly.

It features a 2 inch receiver opening, a 350 pound tongue weight capacity, and a towing limit of 3,500 pounds. It can either be bolted on with the included hardware or welded on for a no-drill installation. I have attached a sample install video that you can also take a look at.
