Recommended Covers for 205/75R15 Trailer Tires to be Stored Outside in Florida

Question:

Have 205/75r15 cargo trailer tires, 2 each. What cover could you suggest to use when the trailer is not in use? I have a cover for the spare. I live in Florida and the sun just beats down on the tires. Thanks.

Helpful Expert Reply:

For the 205/75R15 size tires on your cargo trailers I recommend the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers - Black # 290-3973.

These are excellent vinyl constructed covers that will do a really nice job of protecting the tires on both of your trailers from the weather and sun. The integrated bungee-ball cords allow for easy installation and a tight fit. Black covers like these will do a better job too of actually absorbing those UV rays before they can get to the tire. Lighter color covers are more prone to simply letting those rays pass through.

Two covers are included with this set so you will just need to order a couple sets to cover both trailers. I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
