Lifted trucks can use weight distribution systems like the Reese Steadi-Flex kit part # RP66560 that you referenced but more often than not a drop shank is needed to provide the additional drop needed. For example we have the Fastway e2 shank part # FA92-02-4315 which can provide a drop of up to 9-3/4 inches. This also can be used with the Steadi Flex system you listed.
To determine the amount of drop you'll need will require you to measure from the top of your hitch opening down to the ground and compare that to the distance from the bottom of the lip on your coupler down to the ground. That's the amount of drop you'd need.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use. The kit you mentioned has a range of 600-1,200 lbs.
