Troubleshooting iRV Wall Radio # 292-101809 Stopped Reading DVDs

The unit stopped reading DVDs,,, can it be cleaned ?

The iRV Wall Radio # 292-101809 occasionally has the problem you've described and some have had luck cutting all power to the unit and then powering it back on which "resets" it. That works for some people, some people have had luck spraying canned air into the slot to blow out any dust and others have used DVD cleaner kits with luck as well. If that's not the issue it's most likely an internal problem and it would need to be replaced.
