Comparing Truxedo Sentry and Sentry CT Tonneau Covers

Which cover cam out first the sentry or the sentry ct

The Truxedo Sentry CT and the Sentry are both basically brand new at this point (March 2019) like the part # TX1548916. The CT has a cover that has a 5-layer woven polyester and vinyl fabric made to be a bit more tough than the standard Sentry. The Sentry part # TX1548901 uses instead a leather-grain vinyl which is still pretty tough but not quite as heavy duty.
