Reese Goosebox 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Coupler Adapter to Replace 1621 Pin Box
Question:
I have a trail air 21,000 gvw pin box on my 2013 bighorn Silverado 5th wheel. it says L05 and then LCI Part # 158778. which goosebox pin box do I need for a direct replacement? Thanks

Your pin box is a 1621 or 1621HD model and the correct Reese Goose Box pin box replacement is the part you referenced, item # RP85FR. This is a direct bolt-on adapter that includes new hardware for installation on the trailer's mounting brackets and it will both reduce vertical shock and front-to-back chucking.
This unit also happens to fit in place of a Lippert model 0719 pin box, and also with a 1716 model by using spacer kit # RP61301.
