RV Approved Motorcycle Carrier for Rear of 2018 Winnebago 27RLTS

Question:

First things first - Have worked with you guys for years and you run a great business! I pull a 2018 Winnebago 27RLTS with my Sierra truck. I was interested in finding either a trailer hitch or 4inch bumper mounted rack that can support a Honda Grom which weighs about 229 lbs wet. The trailer hitch that comes with the Minnie Plus is rated to pull 3000 lbs, and more importantly can support a tongue weight of 300 lbs. While you advertise the rack capabilities, you do not show how much they actually weigh - what recommendation or options would you suggest for mounting the Grom on the Minnie? -

The Ultra Fab motorcycle carrier part # UF48-979033 that you referenced is the only carrier we offer that is approved for use at the rear of an RV like yours where the ride quality is a bit rougher. This weighs a total of 53 lb so in combination with the weight of your Grom you'd be at a total of 282 lbs which is under the capacity of your hitch so you'd be good.

The Ultra Fab Carrie # UF48-979033 Jameson mentioned above is the best option for your Winnebago, as it's the only solution that's rated for use on RVs. It does feature a 500 pound weight capacity and the integrated ramp will help a ton with loading.
