Will the Roadmaster Tow Dolly 2000-1 Fit a 2005 Mini Cooper

Question:

I need a tow dolly NOT flat type for my 2005 automatic mini. My issue is that the mini has very little ground clearance. Can you please make a recommendation.

I am not really sure I know what you mean by a "non-flat tow dolly" but the 6-1/2" of ground clearance you have on your 2005 Mini Cooper S should be enough for the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1. I took a look through the reviews for this tow dolly and we had a customer with a very similar Mini Cooper who did not report any issues.

I spoke to my contact at Roadmaster to see if they have ever had any issues with ground clearance on a Mini and they said to go to U-Haul and try to load your Mini on their tow dolly. The U-Haul tow dolly and Roadmaster tow dolly are very very similar in regards to clearance so if it will fit on the U-Haul tow dolly it will fit on the Roadmaster tow dolly.

Unfortunately, we do not carry anything other than the "flat" tow dollies like the one listed above but as stated, the Roadmaster one should work for you.
