How to Tell if Trailer Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-PG-EZK Will Fit Spindle
Question:
I accidentally bought wrong wheels for my trailer, i was thinking of switching hubs with these. I am almost certain i have a 3500# axle how can i be certain? The tag was painted over before i purchased trailer.

Use a caliper like the part # PTW80157 to measure the spindle where the bearings and seal ride and you'll know if the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-EZK will fit. If the spindle measures 1.378 inch where the inner bearing rides, 1.063 inch where the outer bearing rides, and 1.719 inch where the grease seal rides this hub will fit it.
