The best soft fold tonneau cover we have for your 2013 Toyota Tacoma is the Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover part # EX92905 if you have a 5' long bed or part # EX92915 if you have a 6' long bed. The reason that this is the best soft fold tonneau cover we have is because unlike all other covers of its kind, it is self-contained which means no rails remain on bed once the cover is removed. This also means that it is much easier to install and there are less pieces for something to go wrong with.
The Extang Trifecta 2.0 is made in the USA and has a lifetime warranty. It cannot be opened unless the tailgate is down. Therefore, if you have a locking tailgate then the contents in your bed are secure. If you don't have a locking tailgate then you can use the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock part # PAL8521 to obtain this feature. I have attached an install video of this kit as well as a review video on the cover for you.
