How To Flat-Tow a 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Using the Front Bumper

I want to be able to tow my 2018 jeep JL with my motorhome, but want to put a aftermarket bumper on it what front bumpers can I use?

I do have a way for you to flat-tow your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited assuming the front bumper you are going to use is both approved for flat-towing and has either 3/4" thick or 1" think d-rings. However, we do not have a list of front bumpers with d-rings that can be flat-towed. I suggest you look into companies who specialize in custom front bumpers like Fab Fours etc. We do not have any for your Jeep that meet both of the above requirements.

Once you find a front bumper with d-rings that you can use for flat-towing I recommend using the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts part # RM-035 for 3/4" thick d-rings or part # RM-035-1 for 1" thick d-rings along with the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain Tow Bar part # RM-677. The Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain is one of the best tow bars on the market due to its self-aligning arms and quick release pins via the d-ring adapters. The tow bar also comes with lights, wiring, and safety cables.

In order to complete your flat-towing setup you are also going to need a wiring harness, supplement braking system, high-low adapter, as well as a few other items. If you would like for me to recommend these items then please just let me know.
