The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TUR100 may fit your 2015 Ford Expedition as it is a universal kit but we have not yet confirmed this nor do we have any advice on how it would be installed. The only rear suspension enhancement system that we have confirmed for your vehicle or that is even available for that matter most likely is the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension part # CSS-1168R. The Coil SumoSprings install inside the coil springs and will prevent them from fully compressing which means the rear of the vehicle will not sag as much while hauling a heavy load or towing a trailer.
The only other option you have to help prevent sag while hauling or towing is with a weight distribution system. I recommend a Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System like part # FA92-00-0600. The Fastway System in addition to helping prevent sag will also work to prevent trailer sway which is a huge added bonus. In order to make sure we get you the correct system I need to know your total tongue weight which is composed of the loaded ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer and the weight of any cargo stored behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. If you can let me know what this total is I would be happy to give you a part number but I have also attached our options for you as well. The above system, part # FA92-00-0600 is rated for a total tongue weight of 250 lbs - 600 lbs.
I have attached a review video of both options for you.
