The install harness needed to install the Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 that you referenced in your truck is the part # 3020-P. This connects to the blue connector under the dash of your truck near the emergency brake pedal. See picture.
I also attached an install video link that shows this harness installing a similar controller in a 1999 Dodge Ram for you to check out as well.
