How to Determine How Much Weight Added to Trailer Near Tongue Adds to Weight On Axle
Question:
if i add 500 lbs of tongue weight to a ball 48 inches behind my axle,,how much weight does that actually add to my axle or more specific, to my tires,,,,, i have seen others ask a similar question and all they got for an answer was a sales pitch for one of your products,,, i simply want to know the numbers,,, not how to fix it sorry for sending it twice,, i forgot the .com on my first submission

The only way you're going to be able to determine how much weight gets added to the wheels of your trailer is going to be to take the trailer to a weigh station and have just the trailer weighed with and without the 500 lbs you mentioned. There isn't a formula I can plug the numbers in that you mentioned that would accurately predict the additional weight.
