Best Way to Carry Kayaks on a Adarac Ladder Rack

Gettting the ADARAC A4001221 for my BLUE 6.5 F150 2019. Need it for carrying ladders during the week but 2 kayaks sometimes. Whats the best way to keep the kayaks stable?

The best option to keep Kayaks stable on the Adarac Ladder Rack part # A4001221 on a 2019 F-150 is the etrailer.com J-style Kayak carrier part # E98878. The etrailer.com J-style carrier is the best option for your setup because the carriers are designed with universal brackets and hand knobs that allow you to adjust the carriers to fit snugly on the square crossbars of the ladder rack.
The J-style carriers carry the kayaks on their sides so they take up minimal space on the rack. This configuration allows you to carry 2 Kayaks on the ladder racks 66 inch long bars, even if the kayaks are wider than average kayaks.
