Can Curt Q25 Fifth Wheel Hitch # C16069 Install in Bed of 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 w BedRug Installed

Question:

Does the 16096 work with a BedRug installed in the bed? Understand that I might have to cut holes in the rug, but would the pucks be drawn tight with the rug under the base?

You can use the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C16069 in the bed of your 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 long bed with a BedRug like the part # BMC07LBS but you will have to cut out the mat around where the pucks are. The hitch needs to make solid metal to metal contact to the truck bed so you'd need to have the mat cut out as much as needed to prevent the hitch from resting on the mat in any way.
