How to Determine Weight Rating of 205/75-14 Load Range D Boat Trailer Tires

What is the load range of a 205/75-14 boat trailer tire load range D. I carry a 25 foot Boston Whaler,250 hp Yamaha 4 stroke. Est weight 8000 lbs

I can give you an idea of what the weight rating will be, but without knowing what exact tire you have I can't give you an exact number. You should be able to find the load range on the sidewall of the tire though.

For example, the Westlake ST205/75R14 # 274-000012 has a weight rating of 2,040 lbs at 65 psi while the Karrier ST205/75R14 # AM10235 has a weight rating of 2,200 lbs at 75 psi.

If you can't find the weight rating on your tire just let me know what brand tire you have. If we carry it I can get an answer for you.
