The longest shackle strap we offer is part # TRSL313 which measures 3-1/8" long center to center. In order to replace all of these on a tandem axle trailer you would need eight of them. However, as previously mentioned this will not raise the trailer. If you were to install a longer shackle strap than what the leaf springs and equalizers were designed to be used with it could then create binding issues and potentially cause the leaf springs to make contact with the bottom of the trailer.
If installing an axle flip kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-384-00 cannot be done because the leaf springs are already over the axle tube then your next best option would be to obtain taller leaf spring hangers. We offer kits with new leaf spring hangers that also include the correct equalizers and shackle straps so that is what I recommend you use.
The tallest kit we offer with new leaf spring hangers, equalizers, and shackle straps is the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs part # APT4. This kit comes with a front/rear hanger that is 3-1/4" tall and a center hanger that is 5-7/16" tall. If you take the difference between the above hangers and the ones you have now that will then give you the approximate rise/drop.
