For your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Plug-In Hybrid, if you use the Draw-Tite # 76209 as your trailer hitch you will be able to use the Kuat Transfer 3 Bike # KU24FR. The measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole on the hitch is 3 inches back from the bumper and the Kuat Transfer will be 4 inches. This will give you clearance so they will absolutely be compatible and complimentary to each other. This rack is easy to use and the design allows for the easiest loading of that third bike with the ability to walk through the middle of the U-shape frame when lifting the bike into place.
