1996 F350 powerstroke Fuse for trailer and truck running lights blows when plugged in. Haven’t found short or bare wire.?? Incidentally this started when I turned on hazard lights.

Can you possibly try connecting the trailer to a different tow vehicle to see if the problem persists? This will let you know if the problem is the truck or the trailer. I'm thinking it's something funny on the truck side of the wiring though. I'd first inspect the inside and back side of the trailer connector to see if you can find any obvious signs of a short and fix as needed.
