The width of the slot gap in the Thule ProBars that uses the Replacement Upper Rubber Cover Strip for Thule ProBar Crossbars #TH97JH is 20mm.

I went out to our demo area and measured replacement strip #RRM626. It is 7/8 inches wide at the top, 1/2 inch wide at the bottom, and 3/16 inches tall overall. I have included a picture showing the dimensions for you.

The Mopar crossbars are rebranded Thule Aeroblade crossbars so the Replacement Bottom Channel Cover #852-4498-001 that you referenced will fit as a replacement. This will stop the whistle too.
