Recommended Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack to Carry eBike with a 2016 Toyota Prius

Need I tow hitch receiver and a ebike rack for a 2016 Prius .ebike is 60lb and I don’t see a 2” hitch option. Any recommendations?

While it is true that there are no 2" trailer hitch receivers available for your 2016 Toyota Prius, I still have a solution for you to transport your 60 lb eBike.
I recommend using the Class I Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11473 because it has the reinforced collar on it. You do have to use a support strap like part # 18050 for a bike rack. Since you are wanting to carry a 60 lb bike with a Class I trailer hitch though I think this is a good idea whether the Curt warranty required it or not (which it does).
The recommendation I have is the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA12B if you plan on possibly needing to transport 2 bikes. This also secures the bikes by their wheels and comes with bike and rack locks but it can only carry 2 bikes weighing in at 60 lbs so you may need to remove your battery to ensure you don't overload it.
