Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75758 is a fit for a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium with the hands-free liftgate sensor. The sensor will still work though you will need to kick your foot on either side of the hitch receiver as opposed to the center.
I do recommend taking a look at the Draw-Tite # 75782 over the aforementioned hitch because it has a concealed crosstube as opposed to it being exposed, which not only keeps the rear of your '18 Escape looking clean, but it is also going to interfere less with the hands-free liftgate sensor. I have added a photo for you of both hitches installed on a 2018 Ford Escape so you can see what each looks like as well as links to videos of each being installed on an '18 Escape.
Both of these are Class III, 2 inch hitches and apart from the look the biggest difference is capacity. The Draw-Tite # 75758 has a 4,500 lb towing capacity and 675 lb tongue weight while the concealed Draw-Tite # 75782 has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 525 lb tongue weight.
To add wiring if you do not have the factory tow package I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56320 because its combination of ease of use and reliability. I have added a link to a video of this connector being installed on a 2018 Escape for you to take a look at.
