The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30051 is compatible with a 2010 Ford F-150 Crew Cab 4x4 with a 6-1/2 foot bed. This hitch will slide 10 inches between locking positions to allow turning clearances in tighter spaces like at the campground or around gas pumps.
For the bed rails you will want the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50081-58 which are a custom fit for your truck and compatible with the hitch you referenced.
If you have a long bed then you can use the same base rail kit and then the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30047 which has the same hitch head as the slider for strong king pin contact and the movement needed for a smooth ride and easy connection to your trailer even on uneven surfaces.
If you have the 5-1/2 foot bed, let me know and we can cover that option as there are other factors with the shorter bed.
You may also want to consider adding a second 7-way like the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157 to the bed of your truck for easy connection and a clean look.
