I just need to be sure that the Draw-tight hitch 24194 will work on my 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback with my Swagman XC 2 bike rack? Thank you!

It will have absolutely no problem working with your Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650, which will also have 8 inches of clearance between the closest wheel hoop and your bumper.
I recommend using the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks # S64031 to secure your bike rack and bikes.
