The Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams for Dual Tires # TC4231CAM comes with a set of 2 chains for two dually style rear wheel setups. It does kind of look like 4 sets of chains though for each side has basically two sets connected to make fitting over the dually wheel setup easy. So long story short...you get two sets of chains that cover all four tires on a dually axle.
