To get your separate light signals from your motorhome to have the combined brake and turn features you will need the Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732. It is very normal for your tail light/running lights to be on the same brake light with a dual filament, so you will simply want to capture the turn signal and brake light wires separately into the converter and then bypass the converter with the tail light/running lights. So on your new LED fixtures with 3 wires, you will connect the running light to one of the wires, the combined stop and turn to the other, and then run the ground to the third.

The Hopkins Tail Light Converter Kit with 4-Way Flat Connector - LED Compatible # HM48895 can work in the similar way, you will simply cut the 4-way off the end to make your connections. This converter will also use the tail light/running light feature instead of that going around the converter.
