How to Use B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W on Ford Truck with Factory Pucks

I currently have this hitch BWRVK3500-5W with the square to lock the hitch in place. Can this hitch be converted to a Ford hitch that has the round with the 4 pucks holding the hitch in place?

To convert your existing B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W for use with the factory pucks in your new Ford F-350 you will just need to replace its base with the B&W # BWRVB3300. This base will match up to the head on your current Companion and allow it to mount directly to the puck system on your truck.
