It sounds like you have four 6-volt batteries connected to produce 12 volt service to something like a travel trailer, horse trailer, or RV. Your vehicle will have two main lines (power and ground) that come to what would have been one battery. This is where you would connect your charger leads. Your bank of batteries will have two leads that connect to the vehicle leads. This is where you would connect your charger.

If you have your four batteries connected to produce 6 or 24 volts, you would simularily use a charger designed for systems with that voltage and connect where the main service lines connect.

The NOCO # 329-GENIUS10 will charge and maintain 6-volt and 12-volt systems. In 12 volt mode you can charge flooded batteries, AGM, and lithium. Total battery bank should be rated for up to 230 amp hours. If your bank is rated higher just email for an updated recommendation.
