Is a Brake-Lite Relay Kit Needed for 2018 Ford F-150 with Blue Ox Patriot Braking System?

I have a 2018 F150 that I use a blue ox patriot breaking system. Will I need to install a relay kit with along with the RM-15267 wiring kit? Thanks

For your 2018 Ford F-150 using the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 you will need to install the # RM-88400 relay kit to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. This combination with your Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System # BLU37TR will work well.
