I looked up your 2006 Fleetwood Niagara and it looks like it uses two tank setup like what a lot of pop up campers use. So for a regulator designed for dual tanks with an automatic changeover we have the Camco Regulator part # CAM59005 which allows you to connect both of your tanks to a hose for your heater. If you need new pig tail assemblies between the tanks and the regulator we have the part # 100473-12 which is a standard 12 inch long pigtail.
None of these have O-rings though.
