Does the Echo Hitch for the subaru outback sit closer to the bumper than the Draw-tite receiver?

The EcoHitch part # 306-X7601 which fits your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon will be more recessed than the Draw Tite part # 76227. The hitch opening would be right at 2 inches closer to the front of the vehicle.
