Recommendation for Trailer Hitch with Flush Receiver for 2019 Toyota Highlander

Hi I would like to instal trailering hitch that mounts flush or less than bumper. Is this the one. Photo shows a slight protrusion from bumper. Thank you

The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98844 referenced in your question is almost flush with the rear bumper but the receiver collar will indeed protrude just a tiny bit.
