For your 2018 Ram 2500 without factory hitch, the Class V hitch I recommend is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V XD - 2" # C15409. This hitch is a fit for either 8 foot or 6-1/2 foot beds whether you have a factory hitch or not and is made in the USA. I've attached a photo of the fit on an older Ram to assist. I've also attached the installation details and a video to help with this easy installation.
