How Should 2016 Honda Civic be Flat Towed behind RV

The Curt tow bar part # C19745 that you referenced is designed to attach to a flat metal bumper directly. Since a 2016 Honda Civic won't have that you'd need to go a different route to flat tow the vehicle. Also, you should note that Honda states that your vehicle can only be flat towed on a tow dolly and not with all four wheels on the ground. So for a tow dolly the Roadmaster dolly part # RM-2050-1 would be a great option with electric brakes.
