For your 2019 Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited I recommend starting with the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521453-5 and then using the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount - 8K # RM-676 which comes with the wiring and the safety cables needed.
Then for the vehicle wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152 along with the vehicle charge line kit # RM-156-25. Then I recommend using the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 which is a solid braking system that does not require constant adjustment and reinstallation each time it is used. It will require the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400.
