Your 2015 Smart ForTwo gasoline with 5 speed automated manual transmission can be flat towed. There are instructions in your owners manual that you will need to follow.

For your flat towing system, I recommend starting with the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 52285-1 and then using the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520. Then use safety cables # RM-643 which will coil to keep them from dragging.

For your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will utilize your factory wiring and protect it from overload. When towing, your owners manual requires disconnecting the battery, so to make things easier I recommend using the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System # RM-766 which will allow you to disconnect with the flip of a switch. I also recommend adding charge line kit # RM-156-25 to maintain your Smart battery as you tow.

Next, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 for your braking which will only require adjustment at installation. After that, you will simply flip a switch to be ready to tow. This will require the brake pedal adapter kit # SM99602 because of the way your brake pedal is mounted.

Finally you will need a high-low adapter compatible with your Volkswagen Winnebago Rialta motorhome and your Smart car. I've attached an article to help you determine fit and have linked the page to your options.

This is a lot of information, so let me know if you have questions.
