where do you tie in the wire for the 4 way

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55367 which you referenced plugs into a pre existing port behind the rear bumper on a 2000 Toyota Tundra. If you instead have a 2004 Honda Odyssey which is the vehicle you entered into the fitguide then you are going to want to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55336 which will plug into a pre existing port behind driver side panel in the hatch.
The installation instructions for either harness are included for you as well. Please let me know if this is not the information that you were looking for.
