Recommended Ball Mount and Hitch Lock/Anti-Rattle for 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4

Question:

I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 with turbo engine and factory installed tow package. I will be towing a 2018 Scamp 16foot trailer that requires a 2 inch ball mount. Which mount would you recommend to tow that will keep the trailer level? I would also like to get a mount/tongue anti-rattle lock as well.

This ball mount will give you the 2 inch ball you need and will give you and adjustable height to ensure you can tow your 2018 Scamp 16 foot trailer level. When not in use, the ball platform can be stowed behind the shank for a clean look that will also protect your shins when loading or unloading cargo from your Jeep.

To serve as an anti-rattle and lock, I recommend the Let's Go Aero Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 2-5/8" Span # 63232. This lock will use a threaded pin and spring loaded block to secure the ball mount to the side of your trailer hitch for a clean look.
