The Rambox feature on your 2018 Ram 2500 can make thing tricky when it comes to towing a fifth wheel trailer. It reduces the width of the bed and often gets in the way of a trailer's pin box when turning. Normally on a short bed truck like yours we recommend a sliding hitch for turning clearance but since you have Rambox the only definite solution is a fixed hitch with a rotating pin box.
If your trailer already has a rotating pin box of some kind then you just need a hitch. If not then you need to determine the model of pin box you have and replace it with one that rotates and gives you more turing clearance. I've attached a link to the selection of Reese Sidewinders that we carry. A Sidewinder moves the trailer's pivot point back 22 inches by rotating where the pin box mounts to the trailer instead of where the king pin fits into the hitch. I've also linked a help article for you. If you can tell me the model of pin box you have I can recommend the Sidewinder to fit.
On the truck side you need a fixed hitch and an install kit to mount it in the bed. I recommend the Reese M5, part # RP30928, for a hitch. It's a 20k hitch with a premium jaw that has great hitch-to-king pin contact. This improves the connection and helps reduce any chucking between the trailer and hitch. It also has a wider funnel than most hitches to make it easier to hook up. It's also compatible with the Sidewinder but you need a wedge to lock the king pin from rotating in the hitch.
A bracket kit that fits your Ram is part # RP50054-58. This gives you the rails in your truck's bed to mount the hitch to.
Finally, it'll be much easier to plug the trailer into the truck if you have a 7-way in the truck's bed. You can use the Bargman # 50-97-410. It plugs inline with your current 7-way and gives you a second one you can put in the bed.
