Can Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch be Used in 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty Long Bed With Factory Puck System

Question:

I was curious if the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider will fit directly on to my 2019 Ford 350 long bed Towing Prep Package? While I dont really need the slider hitch, I obtained it with the purchase of my 14,000 pound GVW 5th wheel. Will this hitch work without having to drill new/extra holes, or should I spend the money and get a new hitch? Thank you for the help

The Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider # C16020 that makes up the base of the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package # C16520-16020 will fit in the factory puck system of your 2019 Ford F-350 but I highly recommend getting a fixed hitch. The reason is that the moving parts in a sliding hitch are going to be noisier than a fixed hitch, as well as a lot heavier than a fixed hitch so it will be more difficult to install and remove from your F-350's truck bed.
