Check the roof rack capacity of your 2019 Subaru Forester. As long as the capacity of the roof rack is at least 165 lb you could use the Yakima SkyRise Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars # Y07436. The spread of the bars needs to be between 26" - 36" too but that wouldn't be a problem for your vehicle.

We've had the chance to test fit the Yakima Crossbar Pads for Aero Crossbars #Y07413 on the load bars of a Yakima Overhaul HD like #Y01151-5855 and it fit well.
