Will the Spare or Exhaust Have to be Moved to Install a Draw-Tite Hitch for a 2001 Nissan Xterra

Can this hitch be installed without lowering the spare tire or the exhaust on a 01 nissan xterra 4 wheel drive?

To install this Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75107 you will only need to loosen the spare tire. You will not need to remove the spare or make any modifications to the exhaust to complete this installation. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
