Roof Rack for 2004 Subaru Outback Wagon with Flush Mounted Side Rails

Will these bars fit a car that has flush mount rails as in, no gap. Picture included.

I do have a solution for you, however the Malone SteelStop Roof Rack # MPG201 referenced in your question will only attach to raised factory rails with a gap underneath and won't work well with the flush rails on your New Zealand Subaru Outback Wagon. There is not a traditional roof rack system available that is designed to mount to the flush rails on your vehicle.
